  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

 

3. Shipping Areas

  • Home Haven currently ships to the locations indicated at checkout.

  • Orders placed with an address outside our service area may be cancelled and refunded.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 

5. Shipping Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Home Haven is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products.

  • We will review your claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Home Haven is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale products (clearly marked as such at purchase)

  • Opened bedding, pillows, or similar items where hygiene is a concern

 

3. Return Process

  • To request a return, contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
